Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to everyone using the Infera Agent platform and the apps and websites built and published through it. Using the platform means you accept it together with the Terms of Use.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the platform for: any unlawful activity; producing or sharing illegal or harmful content (child exploitation, incitement to violence or hatred, defamation); malware, phishing or spam; infringing others' intellectual property or privacy; attempting to breach, disrupt or overload the platform, bypass usage limits, or gain unauthorised access; impersonating a person or organisation; or scraping data by unauthorised means.

3. Responsible use of AI

You must not use the AI tools to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to impersonate real people in order to mislead. Where the law requires it, you must disclose to your users that content is AI-generated.

4. Responsibility for your apps

You are responsible for the content of your published apps, their users' data, giving those users suitable terms and privacy, and complying with the laws that apply to them.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate any violation and remove content, or suspend or terminate the account or published app, notifying you where we can, and cooperate with the competent authorities where appropriate.

6. Reporting abuse

To report infringing content or conduct, write to abuse@inferaagent.com.
