Data Processing Addendum

1. Roles

For the personal data of the end-users of the apps you build and publish through the platform, you are the data “controller” and INFERA ENGINE LTD is the “processor” acting on your behalf. For your own account data, INFERA ENGINE LTD is the controller (see the Privacy Policy).

2. Subject matter and duration

We process data as needed to provide the platform (hosting, operation, publishing, AI and integration tools) for as long as your account exists and any period required by law afterwards.

3. On your instructions

We process your apps' users' data on your documented instructions and as needed to run the service and comply with the law; we do not use it for our own purposes.

4. Sub-processors

We use sub-processors to deliver the service (the AI model provider, the servers/hosting provider, and others depending on what you enable); they are listed in the Privacy Policy and are bound by appropriate protection safeguards. We notify you of any material change to the sub-processor list.

5. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of connections and stored secrets, isolation of every project, access controls, and security event logging.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries outside yours; for transfers from the EEA or the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

7. Data-subject rights and breach notification

We assist you by reasonable means in responding to data-subject requests, and notify you without undue delay once aware of a breach affecting your app users' data.

8. Deletion or return on termination

On termination we delete or return the processed data as you choose, unless the law requires us to keep it. This addendum is read with the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and is consistent with the GDPR and the UK GDPR. Questions: privacy@inferaengine.com.
