WhatsApp in your app

An “Order on WhatsApp” button in seconds, or automatic messages to customers.

  1. A WhatsApp button (no setup) — Ask the agent: “add an Order on WhatsApp button for 9665XXXXXXXX”. Templates also ask for the number.
  2. Automatic messages (order confirmation, reminders, login codes) — Settings → “Integrations” → “Messaging” → WhatsApp Business, with the Access token and Phone number ID from Meta. Then ask the agent for the messages you want.
  3. Hand visitors over to WhatsApp — In the “Visitor assistant” tab, put your number in “WhatsApp for handover”.
