Credits: how they're counted and how to top up

You pay for the actual work only, and you can set a cap.

1. Before any task — You see the estimated cost; for a big one the platform asks and you can set a cap for the task.
2. Top up — Settings → “Usage & billing” → choose how to pay, then an amount under “Add credits”, or subscribe to a plan.
3. Auto top-up (optional) — “Auto top-up”: when the balance drops below an amount, it tops up by an amount you set from a saved card.
4. Watch your spend — The “Usage” page: spend by day and project, a “Monthly spending cap” and an alert when the balance runs low.
