An AI assistant answers right away, and a person when you need one — free.
- Press “Support” in the sidebar
- Describe your problem or question — The assistant sees your account and projects and answers right away.
- Is it about one project? — Pick it in “Which project is it about?” — the assistant checks that one, or press “Open a ticket on … right away”.
- Want a person? — Press “Talk to a person”. The team's reply appears in the same chat, with a sound alert even when the window is closed.
- After it's closed — Rate the support with stars — it helps the team get better.
